Stacie Reidenbach, Chair
Stacie is a founding board member and Chair of Habitat for Humanity Pennsylvania. She is a native of Lancaster County and serves as Executive Director of Lancaster Area Habitat for Humanity since 2007.
Tony Gacek, Vice Chair
Tony is the Director of Constituent Relations at the University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work. Prior to joining Pitt, Tony was involved in executive leadership in the nonprofit world for several years and has been involved with Habitat for Humanity in various capacities.
Mark Steele, Treasurer, Immediate Past Chair
Mark currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Habitat for Humanity Support Organization and he is a former board member and Chairman of Pittsburgh’s affiliate chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
Nancy Milkowski, Secretary
Nancy began her experience with Greater Erie Area Habitat for Humanity as a volunteer responsible for coordinating the sweat equity schedules of the partner families with the available building opportunities. It was years later when the position of Executive Director became available. Nancy has served as Executive Director of the Greater Erie Area Habitat for Humanity affiliate for nearly 10 years. Under her guidance, the affiliate began its accelerated themed builds. She holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in English from John Carroll University and earned her Master’s degree in Public Administration from Penn State University.
Emily Shearer, Communications Manager
Emily has been an active volunteer for various Habitat for Humanity chapters and affiliates since 2000. She has been volunteering with the Greater Pittsburgh affiliate since 2010 and serves on the Family Liaison and Selection Committee.
Derek began his career with Habitat for Humanity as an AmeriCorps VISTA member at the Greater Pittsburgh affiliate in 2008. After his term of service concluded in 2009 he was hired as HFHGP’S full time volunteer coordinator and AmeriCorps Host Site Manager.
Florence Kawoczka first served Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County as a board member. Since November 2011, she has been the Executive Director.
Tammi is the Executive Director of York Habitat for Humanity in York County PA. She has been in non-profit leadership for over 17 years and has served directly in affordable housing for the last 7 years. She currently serves as chairwoman of the York County Affordable Housing Committee, serves on the board of the York Housing Advisory Commission, is a member of the Rotary Club, and recently joined the Habitat for HFHPA State Board of Directors. Her affiliate currently has 8 fulltime and 1 part time staff. They have been serving the York County Community for over 30 years, having built 119 homes and adding $6.2 million to property values. Tammi resides in York County with her husband Shawn, and two boys Colton and Caleb.
